Riggwelter - Black Sheep Brrewing 16.9oz From the Old Norse words "rigg", meaning back and "velte", to overturn. If a sheep rolls over onto its back and can't get up without help, local Dales dialect says it is riggwelted. A full flavored ale brewed using a Yorkshire Square fermentation system. Riggwelter has the strongest and most complex flavour of all the Black Sheep beers. 5.7% ABV

La Fin Du Monde (Unibroue)11.2oz Quebec. "The end of the world". Made by triple fermentation and a unique way of straining the yeast. Effervescent, slightly tart, balanced
flavors of spice, malt and hops. Brewed to honor the great explorers, who believed they had reached the end of the world when they discovered America. 9% ABV.

Maudite (Unibroue)111.2oz Quebec. "The damned one" When served young, it is smooth, when aged, flavor is like port. Maudite has a typically Quebecois name that is reminiscent of the legend of the Chasse-Galerie (Flying Canoe). Legend has it that a group of lumberjacks struck a deal with the devil to fly home in their canoes in time for Christmas. 8% ABV.

St. Louis Framboise (Brouwerij Van Honsebrouck) 375ml Belgium. Vibrant red color. Slightly tart, then strong, sweet raspberry flavors come through the rich body. Medium dry finish. 4.5% ABV.
